Blue Grass Hand Dyed Merino Wool Yarn DK / Sport Weight
Blue Grass 120 yards 1.3 ounces Yarn
This yarn is spun from 100% Merino wool. Merino wool is the softest wool fiber available and is very nice against the skin. The weight is Sport / DK with a gauge of 5-6 on size 5 needles American.
The yarn is hand dyed by me in my lab just outside Phoenix, AZ. The color is inspired by the grass that grows in the South. The color way is a mix of grass greens and bright blue with some brown. I think it looks very much like the fresh spring grass.
