Squash Blossom 120 yards 1.3 ounces Yarn
This yarn is spun from 100% Merino wool. Merino wool is the softest wool fiber available and is very nice against the skin. The weight is Sport / DK with a gauge of 5-6 on size 5 needles American.
Then the yarn is hand dyed by me in my lab just outside Phoenix, AZ. The color is inspired by the orange flower that blooms just before the squash grows. The color way is a mix of oranges, yellows and greens.
