This yarn is spun from 100% Merino wool. Merino wool is the softest wool fiber available and is very nice against the skin. The weight is Lace with a gauge of 8-12 stitches to the inch on size 2 needles American.
The yarn is hand dyed by me in my lab just outside Phoenix, AZ. The color is inspired by the bright yellow of the Sunflower. The color is a yellow shade found in the color way Valley Sunflower. And is meant to be the solid colored yarn match to the Valley Sunflower color way.
