This yarn is spun from 100% Merino wool. Merino wool is the softest wool fiber available and is very nice against the skin. The weight is Sport / DK with a gauge of 5-6 on size 5 needles American.
Then the yarn is hand dyed by me in my lab just outside Phoenix, AZ. The color is inspired by the coastal waters of the ocean. This color is a aqua blue shade found in the color way Ocean Tide. And it is meant to be the solid colored yarn match to the Ocean Tide color way.
