This yarn is spun from 100% Merino wool. Merino wool is the softest wool fiber available and is very nice against the skin. The weight is Sport / DK with a gauge of 5-6 on size 5 needles American.
The yarn is hand dyed by me in my lab just outside Phoenix, AZ. The color Mama Orange is inspired by the Marigold flower. The color is a yellowish orange. And it is meant to be the solid colored yarn match to the Marigold Mama color way.
